Located in the very heart of Manchester City FC’s Football Academy, the new media centre is a dynamic and versatile space designed to welcome the world’s sporting media.

Dawnvale has worked on several projects at the stadium. For the revamped media centre, we partnered with Space Invaders Design and the Manchester City team to create a modern, functional and versatile space that set a new standard for excellence and met the needs of a modern press corps. The media centre is designed for and used by members of the media, club staff and hospitality guests, and features bespoke furniture and private booths, natural inviting tones and a central collaborative area with multi-level seating.

An unconventional nomination for a restaurant awards, the addition of the Manger’s Corner showcases the revolution that is taking place in sports stadiums right now, as stadia around the country elevate their food and beverage options to cater to the modern fan.

We worked to create a modern new hospitality suite in an unused area at the Etihad Stadium. Part of a wider project to renovate the entire South Stand concourse, the Manger’s Corner is a Mediterranean-inspired eatery serving tapas, pizza, and charcuterie. With a pizza oven as the focal point, Dawnvale designed a bespoke bar, bar back and overhead glass rack as part of a fully turnkey solution.

One of our biggest, and most exciting projects yet for Manchester City FC, the renovation of the South Stand Concourse began with an incredibly challenging brief; to transform an empty, often overlooked space into a vibrant, modern hub for fans to meet, socialise and enjoy the Ethiad’s diverse food and beverage options prior to kick-off and following the final whistle.

Driven by a clear vision to elevate the matchday experience for fans during home games, this stadia fit out project has become a masterclass in repurposing empty space to become an exciting destination in itself. The new concourse features a range of modern food and beverage concessions, a DJ booth and big screens along with new seating areas.

Dawnvale were brought in to bring a vision for a striking new dining destination to life in Haverfordwest. Our bar and restaurant fit-out expertise was the perfect partner for founders Leon, Esther, Mark and Angela’s ambition to marry innovative design, elegant décor and sumptuous food.

Familiar with some of our previous projects, they tasked us with creating a stylish, utterly on-trend new space which would see the existing nightclub and beer garden reinvented as an opulent cocktail lounge and seasonal kitchen, replete with fragrant blooms. Ample outside space provided the perfect blank canvas to increase the new venue’s capacity, while standout features include an island bar, bespoke brass bar gantry, textured walls and timber cladding.

Marking our third project nomination in this category the Restaurant Bar and Grill is a Leeds institution. Occupying a space within the striking former Post Office building, Dawnvale was called in to complete a bar and restaurant fit-out as part of a wider multi-million pound renovation project.

One of our most intricate bespoke fit-outs to date, our team delivered high-end details to complement the 200-year old listed building’s original features. The result is an iconic new city centre hotspot which has quickly become one of Yorkshire’s must visit dining destinations. A grand new entrance welcomes guests to a stunning open-plan interior – the ideal setting to enjoy a stylish brunch, lunch, or dinner.
