Since their inception in 2012, the Fit-Out Awards have celebrated the best in fit-out projects across the UK. These awards not only highlight exceptional work but also provide a platform for networking, sharing best practices, and showcasing industry talent. Past winners include some of the most notable leaders and projects in the field, reflecting the awards' commitment to excellence and innovation.

Our transformation of the Manchester City Stadium Store has earned a spot in this competitive category. This project involved relocating and revamping the existing store to create an immersive retail environment. Key features included a major structural renovation, commercial collaboration with Manchester City, Puma, Stitchd, and Space Invader, and a striking glass-fronted shop that enhances both functionality and fan experience.

Welcoming Space: A new glass-fronted shop front with branded decals, brightening the store and making it more inviting.

The revamp of Birmingham City F.C. Stadium has impressed judges with its modern comforts and innovative design. Despite a tight five-week deadline, we delivered an opulent 160-seat VIP suite with a circular island bar, luxurious velvet booths, and a curved bar area. The design blends traditional cricket heritage with contemporary elegance, significantly enhancing the hospitality experience.

VIP Suite: Conversion of three VIP boxes into a 160-seat open-plan suite.

Circular Island Bar: Designed for both efficiency and aesthetics, with a unique curved layout and luxurious materials.

The Restaurant Bar + Grill in Leeds showcases our expertise in high-end hospitality fit-outs. This extensive multi-million-pound project involved restoring a 200-year-old Grade II listed building to create a stunning dining venue. Highlights include a honey onyx marble bar with bespoke LED panels, olive-green leather banquettes, and a blend of walnut and brass detailing. The result is a luxurious yet functional space that combines historical charm with modern sophistication.

Bespoke Seating: Installation of free and fixed seating designed for both comfort and style.

Exquisite Stone Table Tops: Custom-crafted stone tops that add elegance to the dining area.

Custom Cabinet: A cabinet housing Dry Ager SA refrigerated meat ageing cabinets, enhancing the restaurant’s exclusivity.

Hidden Door: A delicately crafted hidden door within a traditional Georgian wall, blending seamlessly with the restaurant's historic charm.
