At Dawnvale, we were thrilled to be invited back to the Cuillin Hills Hotel, a valued client, to showcase our expertise in bar design and installation. Having previously installed a kitchen for the hotel, this time we were tasked with refurbishing their bar area, and we couldn’t have been more excited to contribute to such a remarkable project.

The Cuillin Hills Hotel, located in Portree on the Isle of Skye, offers 4-star luxury accommodation and some of the most breathtaking views in Scotland. Nestled in a 200-year-old hunting lodge turned hotel, its rich history and stunning surroundings make it a unique destination. With panoramic views of Portree’s harbour and the dramatic landscapes of Skye, it’s no wonder this hotel continues to draw visitors seeking an unforgettable Scottish getaway.

The logistics for this job were a bit challenging, involving a nine-hour drive to reach the hotel. But once we arrived, we set to work designing and installing a bespoke fabricated bar system that would elevate the hotel’s already impressive offering. Our team also provided select bar equipment, ensuring that functionality met the high standards expected from such a prestigious establishment.

The end result was nothing short of spectacular. The newly refurbished bar is a perfect blend of style and practicality, complementing the historical charm of the building while providing a modern and welcoming space for guests to enjoy. The Cuillin Hills Hotel now boasts an even more impressive bar area, adding to the allure of this exceptional destination.
