As pround owners of Dacre Lakeside Park, Mark and Suzy approached Dawnvale with a view to providing a full design and build for their new restaurant. A concept scheme was put together to enhance the beautiful setting, with honesty and integrity within the food and restaurant concept being key.
The focal point of the restaurant is the large Pizza Servery with granite worktops and the large authentic Italian pizza oven we shipped in. Theatre cooking was key on Mark and Suzy’s wish list, so having all the food served over this large central pass certainly ticked all the boxes. The bespoke restaurant bar has a reclaimed frontage with the top running through to the restaurant, which works well with the distressed wooden ceiling rafts and distressed furniture. Reclaimed table tops with steel bases continue the theme, mixed with eclectic leather, timber and metal finishes on the fixed and loose seating.
The 10 week design and build was delivered on time and in budget and is now trading above expectations.
